Finding the Blog You Want
If you've followed me for any length of time, you know I've had a number of blogs. Literally for years they have been created through Blogger and hosted on my personal website. This spring, Blogger decided that they wouldn't allow blogs to be hosted elsewhere anymore and my posting came to an abrupt stop.
I resented giving them my traffic and finally decided that since my website needed to be redone anyway, I would look for a native way to host a blog. I now have that.
Unfortunately, the new blogging solution isn't as flexible as the old and I can no longer have several blogs with several titles. What I have are tags. At the bottom of a post you will see what were the names of my old blogs, listed as tags. While all blog entries go on the same list, you can sort the list by clicking on the tag.
On this post I have listed all of my blogs as tags. Click on the one you want, and all the blog entries in that category will come up. The most recent blogs will be at the top.
Right now, I have re-posted all the SpiritWalkers posts to this site and new SpiritWalkers posts will appear here. Some of Mondays With Mother are up, and more will be appearing.
Let me know if you have trouble.

Hello Rev. Robertson. I heard you in church today, I am sorry I missed the beginning of it since the parts I enjoy most are the scripture readings and the sermon.
I was really glad to see you use the best content management system in the whole world, Drupal!
Actually you can have more than one blog using Drupal. Without using the taxonomy (aka tags, categories) you could just create multiple accounts for yourself and each one of those accounts can have a blog associated with it. You do not even need to log out and back in, just assign a particular post to the account you want.
However, there is nothing wrong with using the taxonomy system (tags) to differentiate between content themes. Drupal is so amazingly flexible and powerful that it can do what you want in at least 10 different ways! :-) It’s really just a matter of what’s easiest for you and your web people.
